Rebates


Private Health Fund
Under the ‘Extra Packages’ most Private Health Funds offer rebates for psychological treatment. These conditions and rebate amounts can vary between private health funds, so please check individually with your fund for your personal entitlements.


Medicare

Eligible clients can access Medicare rebates. You need to have a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP to access this service. To assess your eligibility for this scheme, you will need to book a double appointment with your GP. Once you have a MHCP, you can get a rebate back from Medicare.


For Medicare Referrals the Standard Consultation is

50 minutes = $175.00

Rebate from Medicare= $92.90


For current Healthcare card holders

50 minutes = $150.00
